NICE's mission is to empower refugees and immigrants with resources and opportunities that will aid them in their resettlement and equip them to be successful in the future. At NICE, we are proud to have a board and staff who possess firsthand knowledge of the experiences and perspectives of the individuals and families we serve. Our diverse board of directors, the majority of whom are refugees and immigrants, is an essential part of our organization, and our talented multicultural staff brings a wealth of expertise in working with refugee and immigrant populations. Thanks to our programs and services, NICE continues to make a significant impact on the well-being of individuals and families in the refugee and immigrant communities of Nashville. From English language classes and job training to support with accessing social and health services and legal assistance, NICE provides a range of critical services. Additionally, NICE is dedicated to amplifying the voices of refugees and immigrants by providing advocacy training and supporting community-led initiatives.
