As a member of the Lever for Change team, Briza’s focus is to assist members of Lever for Change's leadership team and their operations department by ensuring internal demands are running as effectively as possible. She will help manage their time and assist with special projects that will benefit the organization’s company goals.

Briza has over a decade of experience in the Operations and Administrative field and has worked in many industries over the years. Prior to joining Lever for Change, Briza worked at Language & Culture Worldwide as the Chief of Staff/Operations Manager, where she worked closely with C-Suite leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Her primary responsibilities were to ensure internal operations were documented and running smoothly. She helped build and maintain the wellness and culture initiatives and most importantly had a people-centric approach to how she works.

Briza transferred from American River Community College in Sacramento, CA to DePaul University in Chicago, IL, where she majored in Media and Communications.
